Packs are bundles, not forks.
A surgeon who also runs a med spa is one practice in RootLogic, with one patient list and one set of numbers. Not two subscriptions somebody adds together at month end.

Hair Restoration
Norwood and Ludwig staging, scalp regions, a graft planner, and the multi-year photo pathway.
Plastic Surgery
Itemized quotes across surgeon, facility and anesthesia. Consent tied to imaging.
Med Spa
Injection mapping by unit and syringe, good-faith exam workflow, memberships with rollover.
Weight Loss
Programmes rather than appointments: enrollment, titration, adherence, retention.
Dermatology
The cosmetic, cash-pay half, running alongside whatever holds the medical side.
LASIK & Vision
Candidacy screening, optometrist co-management, per-eye quoting.
What every pack inherits on day one.
- Attribution
- Which campaign produced collected revenue, and the result sent back to the ad platform.
- RootVoice
- The practice's own number, recorded and attributed to campaign.
- RootPay
- Deposits, card on file, memberships, invoices and reconciled payouts.
- The quote object
- Itemized, stateful, financed or declined, invoiced in one step.
- Consent
- Documents frozen at signature, per-clause initials, practice-editable copy.
- Imagery
- Before and after tied to a case and a timepoint, with consent on the image.
Dental and vein practices need a different record.
A dental practice's record lives in a system built around the tooth chart, the perio chart and insurance claims. The honest entry there is a layer on top, and it is a different product.
Vein practices carry CEAP and VCSS staging, duplex mapping, a documented conservative-therapy period and a dual insurance-and-cash funnel for the same patient. That is a claims product wearing a cosmetic label.
We run two verticals. Is that two subscriptions?
No. The price is per location, whichever packs are switched on.
What if our vertical is not listed?
If it is elective and cash-pay, the core almost certainly fits. Tell us what you do and we will say honestly whether it works today.
Can we add a pack later?
Yes, with no migration. A pack is templates and objects over the catalog you already have.
