Analytics

One date window, and every number obeys it.

Most reporting problems are two pages quietly reading two different periods, and nobody finding out until somebody disputes a figure.

Four questions

The ones a practice owner actually asks.

Where did they come from. Were they any good. Did they convert. What did it pay.

RootLogic analytics: leads, consults and collected revenue by source over one date window
Analytics over a trailing window, with the picker in the global header. Demonstration data.
Two rules we hold

Cohort maturity, and the honest zero.

A thirty-day window ending today contains cases that have not had time to close, so the newest month always looks like the worst month. Trend charts say so.

And where a feed is not configured, RootLogic says unconfigured rather than showing a confident zero. A coverage gap and a genuine zero look identical everywhere else in this category.

The demo tenant is a working RootLogic on demonstration data. Click the pipeline, open a case, read a quote, look at where the revenue came from. No form, no call.
